Responsible Gambling
Play responsibly at BullPlay: deposit limits, self-exclusion and where to find help.
We take responsible gambling seriously at BullPlay. We know that for some players, gambling can cause personal, social, financial or health problems. We are here to answer any questions you may have about your gambling or your account. Feel free to contact our Customer Service at any time at [email protected].
Maintaining Control
Gambling should be a fun pastime, not a way to make money. While most people are able to treat gambling as entertainment and spend only what they can afford, some cannot. To stay in control of your gambling, we ask you to always keep the following in mind:
- Gamble in moderation and see it as entertainment, not a way of making money.
- Avoid chasing your losses — there will always be another day.
- Only gamble when you are in a position to cover potential losses.
- Keep track of the time and money you spend gambling.
Should you need a break, you can set a self-exclusion yourself at any time from your account settings — see Self-Exclusion below. If you would like to talk to someone about any concerns, please see the Getting Support section further down this page.
Self-Assessment
Below are some questions you can ask yourself. Depending on your answers, you can get a clearer picture of your gambling and whether you may be at risk. Please try to answer as honestly as possible.
- Have you ever neglected your work or studies because of gambling?
- Has gambling ever made your family life miserable?
- Has gambling ever affected your reputation?
- Have you ever felt a guilty conscience after gambling?
- Did you ever gamble to raise money to pay off a debt or to otherwise solve financial difficulties?
- Has your efficiency or your ambitions been adversely affected by gambling?
- After a loss, did you feel that you had to return as soon as possible to win back your losses?
- Did you have a desire to return and win more?
- Did you often play until the last cent?
- Did you ever borrow to finance your gambling?
- Have you ever sold anything to finance your gambling habits?
- Have you felt any reluctance to use “gambling money” for other expenses?
- Did gambling worry you about the well-being of you and your family?
- Did you ever play longer than planned?
- Have you ever gambled online to escape any concerns or problems?
- Have you ever committed or contemplated committing crimes to fund gambling?
- Has your gambling caused sleep problems?
- Do quarrels, disappointments or frustrations make you want to gamble?
- Have you ever wanted to celebrate success with a few hours of gambling?
- Has gambling ever made you consider suicide?
If you answered “yes” to seven or more of these questions, there is a real risk that you may be developing a gambling problem. These questions cannot diagnose you, but if any of this feels familiar, help is available — see Getting Support below.
If you are struggling to cope, or ever have thoughts of harming yourself, please seek help immediately. Contact your local emergency services or a crisis helpline in your country right away. You are not alone, and support is available.
Deposit Limits
You can set daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits from your account settings at any time, under “Limits”. Decreases take effect immediately. Increases and removals take effect after 24 hours.
Self-Exclusion
If you need to stop for a while, you can self-exclude yourself at any time — go to your account settings and choose “Take a break.” You can self-exclude for six months, one year, five years, or permanently.
If you choose to self-exclude, we encourage you to extend it to any other gambling operators where you have an active account. Any undetermined bets at the time of your self-exclusion will be settled in the normal way and, where applicable, winnings paid out.
A self-exclusion is not lifted early. Once a fixed-term self-exclusion has ended, your account is not reopened automatically: send a written request to [email protected] and we will guide you back through our standard procedure. A permanent self-exclusion cannot be reopened. We also recommend installing software that blocks access to gambling websites — see Blocking Software at the end of this page.
You can take a break or self-exclude from your account settings, under “Take a break”. A short break lasts 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days, and keeps you signed out until it ends. A self-exclusion runs for six months, one year, five years, or permanently. It is not shortened or lifted on request, including by our support team, and you cannot sign in while it runs — including to withdraw — so take out any remaining balance before you start it.
You must be 18 or older to play. Games entertain, but losses happen — play responsibly.

Underage Gambling
It is illegal for anyone under the age of 18 to open an account or to gamble at BullPlay, and we take this responsibility very seriously. We carry out age-verification checks on all customers, and also make random age-verification checks.
Anyone under the age of 18 using the site will have any winnings forfeited and risks being reported to the authorities.
Blocking & Filtering Software
If you share a device with friends or family who are under age, or who have self-excluded, please consider software that blocks access to gambling websites:
